A message from Chef Val:

Hi everyone! I hope you are keeping well and safe. These are real trying times , but out of hard trials I hope to do something positive. This is now the time to connect with love for family and friends. There's the sense that we're all in this together.

 

Of course family and friends are my first love-- a close second is my love of cooking. I'm calling Sundays my Soul Food Sunday. Each Sunday I'm doing a home-cooked meal -- and will deliver in the Toronto area.  I really miss my familie's get-togethers that we'd have on Sundays and I'm happy to be doing this.
