Layla and I are once again opening the Val's Soul Food Truck at Ray's Place, 6254 hwy 121 Minden, ON.
this coming Mother's Day weekend, Saturday May 8th. It's been an absolute delight being in Minden, at Ray's Place . The new owners, Scott and Kate-Lynn have been so welcoming and wonderful. The community has also been so supportive with a great turn out last season, 2 local newspaper articles and a radio interview coming up. Layla and I are happy to see old and new friends this season, serving up our old fashioned home cooking SOUL FOOD dishes.
